Meredith Culpepper

Owner | Director | Choreographer

Over the years, Meredith has cultivated a deep and diverse dance foundation, training extensively in jazz, ballet, tap, cheer, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary, high-kick, and pom. Her early exposure to various styles strengthened her versatility as a performer and instilled a lifelong appreciation for the discipline, athleticism, and artistry that dance demands.

From the precision and grace of ballet to the power and rhythm of hip-hop and high-kick, Meredith embraced each genre with curiosity and commitment. This well-rounded training allowed her to explore technical excellence and expressive movement, shaping her into a dynamic and adaptable dancer with a keen eye for musicality and storytelling.

Her comprehensive experience now informs her teaching philosophy — one that values structure and creativity — and guides her approach to helping dancers build a strong foundation while encouraging them to explore their unique voice through movement.
