Foundations 1 introduces both ballet and tap. Dancers will learn basic positions, rhythms, vocabulary, and coordination while developing strength, musicality, and confidence in a supportive environment that emphasizes joy in movement.

Foundations 2 continues to builds on technique learned in Foundations 1 with a focus on jazz. Dancers will develop strength, musicality, and stage presence with a focus on leaps, turns, and stylized choreography. Each class blends athletic movement with artistic expression, helping dancers grow in confidence and control.
